Define 'best'.

Ill go to school with higher prestige because they have better culture and equipment. So you can learn more than just Computer Science e.g. interacting people, networking.

For me, UP....

CIT is getting better since their dean came from UP and also the former instructor of the CEDFIT..... Im not sure if she is still currently instructing for CEDFIT.... Try UP or else CIT....

yeah..their dean was our instructor sa java sa eskwela sa una...she's good..really good..i would recommend CIT, dapat pa under mo ni maam cherry..stricto pero naa jud moy makat-onan..
