PC with low/zero sound/vibration w/ good temperature

Hi guys, need suggestions on what to use so my pc does not emmit irritating sounds and keeps a cool temperature...

if you want a quiet pc, you are not going to get the HOTTEST (in other words, fastest) stuff because you would not want to hear fans screaming inside the case. Choose parts that can be cooled with passive cooling (no fans). Or buy aftermarket passive cooling (tuniq tower can be passive, right). And a branded PSU that is quiet/minimal noise. And probably one exhaust fan to get rid of excess heat.

i recommend Scythe S-flex fans...

they are right. there are available quite fans out there.

OT: just in case you need a silent 120mm fan with 3pin connector i have one extra left. just pm me if your interested because this is not the proper section to discuss such action. by the way, it is from arctic cooling...
