Going to move to Cebu for work. Looking for a clean semi-furnished room with aircon in Banilad (or nearby areas of Apas, Lahug, Cabangcalan etc etc)!

Budget is 4-8k, mejo negotiable. Need only own Toilet and Bath, siguro kitchenette rin.

Mas importante yung sariling toilet and bath, and near Banilad.
