99 pesos for just 4 wings only?? palit nlang kog 1/4 kilo nga wings tag 58 rah... 12 na kabuok then mag DIY lang kog luto ug buffalo wings... sulit pah... mka save pa jud.. Just my 2 cents ^_^
Naa daghan sa Google madam... akoa kay simple ug dinalian man... LOL... I use crispy fry spicy or garlic flavor as dressing sa mga wings... then e deep fry dayon nako to medium heat... mga 5-8 mins daog nah.. Once you see nga golden brown na mga wings kay ako daun e drain and ako sah sya ipa uga for 3 mins... then I make my own combination of sauce para e glaze nako sa mga wings... I use Cayenne Pepper, Chili flakes, Chili Powder, Ground Pepper them mix em up then butang dayon nako sa kanang silver swan nga extra sweet and chili sauce with Hot sauce and a little bit of oyster sauce and a worstershire... mix na nimo tanan and glaze that in to all of the deep fried chicken wings... and WALAH.... there you go... Instant Buffalo wings at it's finest... ako ranah choice/style ha sa mga condiments.. you may improvise if you want to... e feel2x gamay whether you want it Mild, Medium or extra spicy.... Very Simple lang jud... Experiment lang.. hehehe.. cge g0 and good luck sa imong trip nya... tell me or post it out here if ever you've already made your own recipe... para ma try sd sa uban hehehe ^_^
I suggest sir idouble fry nimo imo chicken para super ka crispy. payts najud kaayo ni. Hehe.
Buffalo wings kay combination of butter and your choice of hot sauce man jud na usually.
Pero sa ako kauban sa work kay iya gamit sa buffalo sauce kay butter una nya sagolan ug tomato sauce nga giblend together with mga sili mga gagmay. Lami sad. Hehe.
