not sure but maybe a video card with VIVO feature might work. my video card has it but haven't used it yet. ATI's All-in-Wonder video cards can capture vhs content. I have tried it (used to have an All-in-Wonder) and it works( it also has a program for capturing video) but if orig vhs ang imong e capture, you might run into a problem with macrovision protection. ma garbled ang salida. I know because i did. After recording the content, which is in AVI format, i think Nero can convert it to vcd for you.(not sure about this though.

If u'r not into quality that much, just buy mga tv cards from leadtek or pinnacle.. or mga usb connected cards like Snazzi. kung gusto ka quality and nindot pang editing,.. get the high end capture cards from pinnacle, matrox and canopus.

tv tuner bai para maka convert vhs to vcd :mrgreen: (avermedia) search lang.. naa net cafe sa lapu2 mo convert ana barato ra.... :mrgreen:

problem with tv tuner cards is that quality sux. you'll usually get capture resolutions that of a tv- 320x240. but it will still do the job.

mahal man ang charge sa mga shops ana sir.. maypag palit kag capture card doul2x ra ang price magamit pa nmo f kinahanglan na pud nmo..
