AMD AM3 or AM3+ Processors and DDR3 RAM

I have a motherboard that...
- Supports up to 95W Socket AM3+ processors and- Supports for Socket AM3 processors: AMD Phenom™ II X6 / X4 / X3 / X2 (except 920 / 940) / Athlon II X4 / X3 / X2 / Sempron processors
ASRock > 960GC-GS FX

I would prefer a quad core and up processor.

I will also buy a ddr3 1333 ram only after I've bought the processor. Preferably 8gb.

If you know someone or a store that sells these quite old cpu's, please let me know.
