bitaw, i just want to give employees a break from their routine...but nid to consider the budget kay medyo dha ko pirmi masangit sa proposal nako....mahalon ra daw kog taste matod pa sa kahitas-an namo hahhaha alangan basta nindot expensive jud na, ryt? kasalanan ko ba kung mahilig ko sa nindot hahahhaa
dats y im not tapping the common consultancy firms like leaders link, potentials,although they're good...kay medyo expensive for the company.

pastilan sad ng seminars uy.. had to come up nasad with various modules and thorough research .. hayyyy.. so loaded uy.. anyway, just give what your employees want or unsay assessment nimo nga kulang nila.. i can set up a teambuilding activity with ARKonsulting in partnership with careerclub para mas cheaper..

anyway, this is also one of careerclub's initiative.. to offer value added services to bored employees who wanted to a break.. for them to recharge.. ba as what u've said..

just introduce to them the online community.. dont wory dli lagi na sila mo apply ug work didto hihi.. happy naman kaha sila sa inyung company.. then after which ill design the program with your help (data's coming from your end) then we'll set a date.. saturday will be great for me and for my team..

id love to have a teambuilding kaya lang masangit ko sa budget...hay nako. i may not good, pro i can handle this thing ( i guess hahhaa), im more into activities man, not so much with public speaking which weakness jud nako hahhaa, but the mgt wants me to just to do such dri sa hospital...hay nako, d nako type hehehehe kay i want it to be outside, kanang naay touch of nature hehehe so mao to--gasto man para nila, so i did not proceed sa plan.

and all recreational activities na gusto nako mahitabo...on hold....budget issue. Mahalon lagi daw kuno ko ba....hay nako.

Masabtan ra ba ko? hahaha mayb u cant relate, perhaps u didnt experience an employer na tight kaau mudala ug budget hahahhaa

This may not be new to you but to someone it may be. Are you happy that you’re occupying a “thinker’s or advisors’ job? An analyst to be exact or somehow you occupy a bigger room in your corporate office coupled with a thick carpet? Watch out coz you’re job will soon be extinct. Are you kidding me? Nope! I’m not kidding here though it’s just a possibility. Who knows? Because of technology some jobs and functions were scraped out and if your not lucky your not one of them. For sure you can name some of your friends or people whom you know who were so badly affected when AI visited your office and stayed there for good. Actually, I’m not talking about those manual jobs alone here but rather your job as an advisor, corporate planner, analyst etc. So what’s that suppose to mean? It means that your days are counted.
