Job Description


  • Conduct English lessons at home to Japanese through Skype
  • Teach correct usage of the English in verbal and written communication
  • Evaluate students performance and do lesson reports.
  • Establish a learning environment that encourages students to enhance their interest in English
  • Your salary is based on a number of lessons you conduct
  • A lesson is 25 minutes long. You have 5 minutes between lessons.


Qualifications and Details


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field,preferably in Communication and Education major in English
  • Required skill(s): highly proficient in both oral and written english, excellent tutoring skills, excellent time management skills, hightly-motivated and passionate in teaching, good at multitasking and troubleshooting, can deal with different personality types
  • Required Language(s):English(Ability to speak Japanese is a plus)
  • At least 6 month of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education/Training or equivalent
  • Has at least 6 month work experience teaching English online or majoring in English Education in a College/University
  • 50 Full-Time and Part-Time position(s) available
  • 24/7 Fexible schedule
  • We would appreciate if you could open many lessons on weekends
  • Candidates must have TIN
