    I am new member into this forum. I would like to know that what's the best way to lose weight easily?

    Please let me know.

    The natural way is the best one.
    -Balance diet and Regular excercise.

    I agree with B@S, balance diet + regular exercise is the way.



    PS: Sorry to be blunt, but if start spamming, you will lose not only your fats...

    yeah the above technique is helpful. But I can't get up early morning. This is the problem for me.

    The above posters are correct. It should be a balance of good diet, exercise and a complete change of lifestyle. To speed up the weight loss process I recommend mixing cardio with ample amount of weight lifting. What people actually miss out is that lifting weights speeds up your metabolism and ends up making you lose more weight than. Just outright cardio. Find a perfect balance of the 3 ( lifting , cardio , and diet )

    Eat atleast 5% carbs a day. More than that you will gain. Avoid sugary foods, soda, softdrinks, fruits with high sugar.

    I lose weight even without exercise. Gutom lang pirmi and drink a lot of water para wala ang hunger.
