Hi Istoryans,

Mangayo unta kog tips or advice para makasulod sa Gov't office. I know Backer na daan ang tubag pero I'd like to try my luck bisag wala koy kaila hehe. I'm currently employed pero nahan jud ko makasud sa Gov't kay mas stable nya para pod magamit nako akong Civil Service. I'm planning to drop my resume/cover letter sa offices bisag sa guard house ra kutob
Unsai tips ninyu para mas maka.advantage ko sa uban applicants ug matagad akong application?

These are the chances for one to be employed in the government:

1. Naa kay backer.
2. By law, priority sa government employment ang mga cum laude graduates and board / bar topnotchers.
3. Naay mass hiring, dili na kaayo sila strikto ug backer2x kay pressured na sila maka hire at a given / allotted timeframe.
4. You have exemplary work experience in relation to the position you are applying in the government.

So in short... either naa kay exeptional backer, or exeptional skills / experience. Mediocre ra gani ka anang duha murag lisod2x jud na imong gepangandoy.
