As a way to promote a healthy lifestyle, I propose a challenge to anyone who's interested here.
The old thread was still from 2014! haha
What is it? It's a weight loss challenge. Because let's face it, some people are too busy with their lives that they neglect their weight and health. And a way to kickstart everything and to lose weight is by joining a challenge. It's an added motivation for the people interested.
So how are we doing this? You should only weigh yourself at the start(before the challenge), and every 30 days until you reach your goal weight!
Post your starting weight and height and your goal weight. I'll try to calculate
a rough estimate of your daily caloric needs. Let's try to promote a healthy diet. No FAD diets please. We want to build a habit of eating healthy and right. To track your calories, I would suggest downloading the app from

I'll try to secure a small prize to raffle para sa people that reach their goal weight in 90 days.
