    Default Lazada After marker support sucks!


    Bought an item returned it, as it was defective. Not my fault obviously, it just died.

    Upon returning I didn't received any notice of confirmation that they have received the product. I had to find the number from the delivery person, who forwarded their "two" office numbers:

    0917 891 5796

    0932 251 9140

    Tried calling it several times and no freakin reply, texted it and no response.

    Emailed them through there contact us, replied once, with that scripted s&*tty "careful evaluation crap, it even stated that they will notify me. After several days, no notice, no emails, no text, no nothing.

    Sent a follow-up 2 days passed and no response. The website is stating they 24/7 support.. XD
    Hence, that is just bull%^%.

    So yeah, I bought products from them before and haven't tried returning items before. Just this time, and I'm experiencing this?

    Not recommending to buy products from them, anytime soon. If you can buy it locally, spend some time to buy it personally and not from Lazada.

    ^ dugay man jd na ila delivery. hahaha. so since my first item nga i bought from them, wa na ko mulaom nga madali ug deliver. gaan ra nkog 3 weeks palugit. the more ka mag-apong sa imong order, the more you'd go impatient

    so far wa pa ko ka timing nga defective ang ako napalit.

    Wireless microphone bai. Ni andar lang 4 days, wala pa gyud gamit2x.. Nagamit ra 3 to 4 times.. each time less than 2 hours.. Walay bun-og kay isulod ug balik sa case, tangtang ang mga battery. Pinangga kaayo..

    On the 5th day kay i try na pud lagi kay sayang dili magamit naa ra sa kaha. Dili na mo transmit ug signal.

    NO email, no text, no tawag, no nothing coming from them .

    ika 2 na nako follow-up email, kay dili man manubag ang mga numbers.. Scripted kaayo ang tubag.. Naa na pud daw sa ilang Quality department gi assess.. XD

    Go lazada.. give me more of this returns BS ninyo.

    thanks for sharing your experience ts.
    i would always steer clear on buying online store that does not have "buyer protection feature like ebay/paypal".
