In Programming whats the Difference between that 2?

I know the difference between Multi-Threading and Single-Threading.

I also study Normalization and 3NF Database Normalization.


But my biggest question, Unsay difference anang 2? I mean in methods, techniques. Whats the purpose? Kung mag OOP rako nya magpa request ug Procedural akoa client?

haha master mas imba ang oop samot na mo gamit kag mga framework like CI, LAravel.
accesing of codes function,class sayun ra kaayo realibity, usability and future coding will be easy.
and then sa procedural sequence man gud siya so mas hinay ug sayang and ram usage niya since mo basa siya from top to bottom.
dili pareha sa oop ma access niya ang naa sa middle,first ug last as easy as that.

pero if imo client mo request ug procedural WTF. panahun panang lapu lapu master. mostly karun nga age OOP jud na
nahaha but both are nice. before ka proceed sa oop praktis saka procedural. for better understanding.
