    Default Question: Best MoBo para sa i5 4690k na 5k - 6k ang budget.

    Ako palno paliton nga gpu kay gtx 960 and galibog ko aning duha kung asa akong pilion nga mobo.


    GIGABYTE GA-Z97M-D3H
    ASUS Z97-P


    Mao raman gud ni ako nakita sa pcquickbuys nga sakto sa akong budget.

    why man tag 5000 na motherboard imo kailangan? any specific needs? themeing? small case? big case? very small case? all-in-one mobo with wifi and dual gigabite nics? 1st time builder, but kinsa man ga suggest sa imo procie?

    Kanang duha ka mobo sir kay nakita man gud nako sa flier sa pcquickbuys and swak man sila sa ako budget nga 5k then ako dayun sila gi compare pero if ever naa pay nindot ana nila basin makaya pa mga 6-7k.

    get the Z based chip set mobo kay nag mention man ka'g "K" variant CPU... kanang swak sa imohang budget ug sa imohang case ang palita... pareho ra na sila'g performance in real world application... pero kun sensitive ka's branding para pang poser, get the most expensive mobo na ma allow sa imohang budget... but, wala kay ma kuha na performance gain ani in real world application like gaming... hehehe... pero, nice kaayo ang picture na ma post sa FB or share diri's istorya...

    rule of thumb... this is for intel based desktop platform...

    > if mag OC ka (or even planning pa. padung man gyud ka sa actual OC kun mag plano), then, get the "Z" based chip set mobo and a "K" variant CPU...

    > if plano lang ka'g stock speed lang, get then "B or H" chip set based mobo and a "Non-K" variant CPU... then spent that saved amount of money to other components or pang dit2x (if single) or pang inom/kaon sa barkada or pang pamilya (if minyo na)

    that's good bro na naka plan naka... now, finalize what's the form factor for your rig... if single GPU lang, a m-ATX form factor is nice... pero, nice pud ang mga mini-ITX... but, pangita ug chassis/ case na nice ug airflow para sa imohang OC'ing activity. ang availability lang gyud sa mga components ang chassis/ case ang show stopper aning mini-ITX FF dha sa Pinas ang naka apan.

    Now, kun mag m-ATX ka, daghan nice na available chassis/case dha's atoa... nice tong Cooler Master N200 ai... ok kaayo to'g airflow... barato ra pud mga 2K php ra man siguro na dha... just to name one for example lang...

    by the way, share ko's akoang experience on a dual-GPU...

    > Oc'ed GTX 670 on SLI in an OC'ed i5-2550K (my current gaming rig) and an Asrock Fatality Z77 Professional mobo... ATX FF, nice ang airflow ug ang temp on both GPUs and CPU...

    > OC'ed HD 7770 GHz Edition on Crossfirex in an OC'ed i3-2120 and a MSI Z77MA-G45 mobo, just increased the base clock, (my previous m-ATX gaming rig)... the case air flow was not so nice... temp on GPU 1 is higher but still very safe...

    I'm planning again to DIY again my m-ATX gaming rig and will use a MSI R9 270x Hawk on crossfirex w/ an OC'ed i5-3570K... akoa ning i-destino dha's Cebu puhon... i'll use CM N200 case for this rig...
