We need a pool of Home-based Call Center Agents to work for our outsourcing customers.

Working Terms:
- Home-based, fulltime (Report to Cebu Office 1x a week)
- Fixed Work-hours, Mon - Fri
Au Summer Time: 6:00Am - 3:00Pm Philippine Time
Au Winter Time: 7:00Am - 4:00Pm Philippine Time
- Internet / DSL Allowance
- You must have your own PC at home (A company laptop will be provided after 1 Yr)
- a VOIP Phone will be provided

General Skills:
Self-motivated, results driven, and customer oriented
Great English Communication Skills
Effective Listening skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Computer and Internet Savvy
At least 1 Year Call Center experience

Role-specific Skills:
Experience in marketing, appointment setting, lead generation, sales (inbound/outbound) or equivalent
Good negotiation skills

Optional Skills:
Experience in Australia market or culture
