ang 7,500 / month kay naa lang cya bed coz usually and tenants bring their own stuff so we did not furnish it.. but if you want furnished we have a fully furnished apartment also for rent with 1 bedroom,T&B for 15,000/month.. naa cya 2 aircon sa sala and bedroom, ref, double deck bed

mao na jud na ang iya rates amico. ang 7,500 as iv said kay naa lang cya bed.. without aircon.. you can provide for your own aircon unit since naa man jud separate electric meter ang unit so no probs ra.. naa naman buslot ready for aircon..
