    Default I need your suggestion

    I'm currently building my own Haswell Mini ITX setup. I've purchased a Motherboard & a Silverstone SG06 w/ a 500w generic psu.

I'm prioritizing a good processor as of the moment. And I'm torn between the i7-4770 being sold in this site or a brand new i5-4460.

I'm also looking at some 2x4gb or 8gb 1600mhz RAM in this site which goes for around 2k or so.

My build is based on Fallout 4s max settings. I plan to change the PSU into an 80+ one at least 450w-500w and a GPU early next year.

I currently have 16K to spend for Processor & RAM. Hopefully apil na ang branded PSU pud.

Your honest suggestion is much appreciated.

ako ika advice gud nmo bai..if dli ka gus2 masayang imong build, invest in a very good PSU(branded). dont settle for generic psu. atleast 8GB ram is enough for most modern games karon.if makaya nmo sa budget go for i7-4770 but for me okay na kau nako i5-4460. u still need atleast a mid-range GPU if u really want to have max settings for Fallout 4 and other modern games.

I'm actually considering the 450w Silverstone 80+ Gold which should do good with a GPU. Ang generic is just there for the mean time while wala pa GPU. Okay lang ba na?

This is very important. Totally agree.

@Syko: Prioritize the power supply. Ayaw intawn settle for a generic PSU if this will be your one and only baby.

By the way, unsay video card diay nimo? If wala you might want to try sa Buy an sell section diri, settle for an R7, a Radeon 7000 series or the equivalent Nvidia series and then upgrade latter para max settings imo games.

Never scrimp on the PSU. This should be prioritized over the video card and even the processor IMHO.

This is what I did with my budget before. Went for a cheap second hand video card (Nvidia GTS 250) with an i5 processor, entry level mobo, 8GB of RAM, 500GB hard drive and then a very expensive at the time na PSU (Silverstone 600w Modular at 5k). This was two or three years ago. Later on upgraded the hard drives and the video card. I already made up my mind na dili nako mo upgrade sa processor ug PSU kay powerful na kaayo siya for my needs.

If ever I do a full upgrade everything will be replaced naman sad. LOL

Mahal gyud ni na bisyo. Maypa mag cigarettes kay barato sa? LOL

Wala pako GPU at the moment. Lisod pangita ug 500w above na branded PSU na SFX ba. Halos tanan store ako adtuan kay wala jud. Matod pa sa taga GI Tabunok, wa na kuno na himoa. Pagsure koya.

You might want to consider getting a Sharkoon SFX500 500W PSU = 3,970 PHP @ PC Quickbuys. .

Fallout 4, GTX 960 @ Ultra settings, 1080p resolution will do!
