    Default MS VISTA

im not really into computers, especially to MS vista OS.. ive been reformatting my notebook 3 times since ive bought it 6 months ago. everytime i try to run and install a new program, it automatially shift to safe mode then what the customer service crew did was to reformat it again.. and now i just try to install the software for bluetooth then the same thing happen again.. nice thing that the notebook did the auto recovery now.. but im too tired going through the same thing again.. and ive been spending for softwares i cant run n it.. any advise or recommendations.. im thinking if i will change my OS to XP would there be any problem? thanks..

im not very well familiar w/ vista since it still has bugs and i dont have plans to try it... better stick w/ XP since it has been tested already for quite awhile. dako kaau ug kaon sa ram and HDD ang vista compared to xp. wait lang sa ubang comments sa ubang istoryans..

btw, wrong section ni... dapat sa software section ka nag-post.

ooppss, sorry i didnt know. vista uses alot of resources that's why it requires at least 2gb ram. if you have less than 2GB, better stick w/ XP. im not a vista user, but some istoryans are. they might be able to give some inputs about vista..

you need to make sure your applications are vista compatible so you won't have to waste time & resources with it, software specifically made for WinXp are most likely not going to work with Vista, try to check the vendor for solutions like software patches/updates or maybe wait for a couple of months before you change OS (downgrade from Vista to Xp) cause MS would be releasing Vista SP1 (possibly Q407 or Q10 there should be drastic improvements with vista especially wtih driver support, compatibility with 3rd party software etc....
