hello, i have this problem , my o.s is xp , im using firefox as my default browser. the problem is INTERNET EXPLORER keeps opening up to a blank page or a certain site even when im not using it.! ive tried everything , nothing seems to work! help.

have you checked your computer for Spywares? bots? ViruseS?

some adwares opens IE just to advertise. ^_^

anyways, i agree with AMD_infinium05æ, Viruses and Adwares must be really abundant in your system...

try spy sweeper, its a trial version but fully functional for 7 days... it should be enough to clean up your pc.

nay alternative bai. kung naa ka MS antispyware naa didto option sa advance nga pde nimo i restore ang default settings like BHO's and other vulnerable components sa IE. this will remove all (if not, amost all) of those annoying popups and malwares.

Don't forget to backup your bookmarks before doing this.
