I'm using Vegas 6d and adobe premiere 2. each has its own pros and cons, while i usually go with vegas for its fast rendering time,esp. when i want to export my video as mpeg or wmv, i still respect premiere 'coz of its functionality and ease of use, though they bought has the same codecs Vegas does not crash when I work with a 5-30 min avp, but I leave it all to you to decide...
