IMHO kay nindut gyud ni interconnection kay perhaps it will not only be about data but also voice



i mean if kabantay mo, lisud kaayo mu-connect o tawag from any Globe landlines number to any PLDT landlines number (and vice versa) ... so hinaut lang apil pud ni masakop sa IP Peering

Peering is establishing exchange of data without the need international of links ie. singapore , hkix and etc.

wihthout peering example from globe if you need to access a public address inside pldt's network' data has to go to international exchange then passed back to philippines them pldt.

data/internet peering mura dugay pa ni kay daghan kaau ni hisgotan pero kung magkasinabot lang jud dayon dali ra kaau unta. BGP peering ra ni but the "access to this / access to that / bandwidth / transient network / etc..." hopefully, ang taga PHIX walay bias ug di corrupt, after all the Filipino people ang mabulahan.

1 more thing, i-encourage unta nga ang PHIX will hold the biggest and reliable cache servers of the internet for the nation, that's the way nga mokusug ato access sa internet kay dili naman mo-adto pa sa lain nasud ang internet transactions. and dili mo-rely sa mga telcos in providing such.
