    Im here in Saudi. ako gihimo kay

    1.exercise jogging ko every afternoon(1 hour),
    2.eat less rice. usahay mag wheat bread butangan boiled egg palamanan og sandwich spread. sa udto wheat bread gihapon.
    3. Dont always drink softdrinks, once or twice a month. DOnt eat mga sweets or chocloates.
    4.inum daghan tubig.
    5. disciplina ra sa kaon

    morning - canned tuna (in water) + 2 cups rice
    lunch - bibimbap
    snacks - chicken breast (steamed)
    dinner - samgyeopsal
    before sleep - non-fat/skimmed milk (2% fat)

    Apil ko beh ky taas baba sab akoa timbang. Naa man gud time nga lami jud kaayo ipakals daghan.haha

    Akoa ginabuhat ig mogain na gani ko pag ayo like 3 kilos kapin..

    - heavy breakfast with green tea
    - green veggies sa lunch then gamay na karne or isda. Snacks dayon fruits.
    - sa dinner light meals nalang. Drink tea before matulog.

    mao ni ako usual daily intake.

    breakfast: 4-6 pcs eggs, 2-3 pcs bacon fried with coconut oil or lard, 1pc avocado
    Lunch: 1 ltr green shake (kale,spinach,celery,ginger,apple,mint)
    Dinner: 2 bowls of Beef bones soup, 2 cups cauliflower rice

    current weight: 144lbs @5'6" (was 175lbs last 2012)
    never been to the gym

    empty stomach 15 mins HIIT (High Intensity Uphill Sprinting/fast paced stair climbing until every muscle aches and I feel like puking!) during M&F. Been doing this for 1 year and 4 months.

    breakfast: black coffee no sugar and 2 boiled eggs and 2 bananas
    lunch: 1 apple and the usual rice and veggies
    afternoon snack: depende ra pero usually fruits gihapon

    20 minute circuit Calisthenics on monkey bars before dinner during W&Sat. It's been a year already.

    dinner: again is comprised of veggies and rice

    PS: Im a weekday vegan and I dont eat processed/canned/packed/boxed shitty foods except for pizza saturdays and ice cream Sundays. I dont smoke and I only drink alcohol with friends once a month.


    5'8 140lbs and never been to a gym my entire life. no jogging because jogging is for pussies.

    -avoid softdrinks and rice
    -palit mga diet bars deli kaau ka gutumon
    -wheat bread/kamote/oatmeals (ayaw na pag rice )
    -tuna or sardines in olive oil
    -chopsuey and kangkong sa chowking makabusog rapod
    -try moshi sa ayala ug JY(limot ko name sa store) pang diet ilang foods

    Saturday(Cheatday) : Eat All You Can.wahahhahahaha
