Hi guys.. Asa ta makapalit ug plain yogurt? kanang 500grams pataas?
ang makita nako sa supermarket puro flavored man, naay plain pero pirting gamaya tapos mahal pa jud. >_<
Naa moy nahibaw-an nagabaligya? tnx

u can make ur own rman... search for yogurt recipes.. nka try ko himo og akoa.. u just need powdered milk, water and a small amt yogurt (imo isagol after lutoon nimo the milk para mahimo sad og yogurt). simple ra and barato pa jd..

i think u can also buy sa persian palate, but then mahal2x na pud cgro.. make ur own nlng para ma tagbaw ka og kaon and dili pa mu sobra 100 pesos imo ingredients

i think you can buy yoghurt in 1 quart pails. I saw sa rustans ayala but mahal2x cya.

btw, after lutoon nimo the milk ang gi kutawan nimo gmay na yogurt (lets say 2 tbsp for a 3 cup mixture), put it in a container (bowl/ tupperware cgro) then do not shake/move it... cover the container with a towel coz u need to let the moisture evaporate at the same time protect it from dust, etc. i think mu set nani cya after a day.. after ana, refrigerate and eat. if mag tubig cya sugod, just use a spoon to scoop the water out. nka notice lang ko na dili kau aslum ang akong home made yogurt pero i like it that way.

btw, my iranian friend recommends na bear brand na milk na brand and the one in the foil pack gamiton. mas lami daw compared to other brands..hehe

^ naa...thats why u have to have kadto starter yogurt (a few tbsp of nestle yogurt) to mix in the one ur making para mu spread ang live micro organisms sad sa imong gi himo
