yes,, basically, from what I know,, kinahanglan mn ka'g prescription sa psychiatrist(which is very costly)...

Those medications are used for ADHD and other mental disorders that's why you need a prescription from a psych to acquire them. The issue usually when using such medications is not mental but rather a deep emotional one. Hence, emotional problems that are deeply rooted are the real cause of inefficient mental performance.

Its really hard to self-diagnose if one has emotional problems. Just go see a psych and have yourself checked.

Bumped into this post. I'm not a Med student, but I suggest you'd try taking supplements for long term brain health perhaps like fish oil. I think it's deemed as one of the food-for-the-brains man tingale.

That's just my two cents though.
