Blocked Samsung Note 3 SM-N900S

How it happened: I bought this just recently. I tested the unit before buying it. There were no problems with the all features. I even connected to a wifi network using my tablet's tether network, but with no internet, just to see if the wifi works. It was fine so I bought it and performed a factory reset inside settings. After I got home, I connected to my wifi network with internet, then the "Please call me" screen appears.

Solutions I've tried:
I've tried another factory reset and wiping the cache using the recovery menu (power + home + volume up). When I rebooted, it's still the same.

Any ideas? I haven't tried flashing the rom yet.

hehe... naay way ana bosss pra ma ulian na.. basin na on ang reactivation pin ana.... Unsai model no. sa imu note 3?

basin na check nimu ang activation lock ane.. usually if mag factory reset ka pangayoan jd kag password ana if ma enable to siya.

solution ana is mag flash kag new rom ana via odin.
