Hi guys! I have just started working out. I do cardio and lifting. My goal is just to lose fat. Now my problems lies with my flat foot, especially on the left one, my right foot has a slight arch. I tried dead lifts but my knees just cave in and even during squats I'm having problems. May be my hips are weak due to my flat feet.

Been looking online for solutions most of them require "arch support", looking for one here in cebu but can't seem to find one. Some of the folks over the internet do not recommend arch support because it will not strengthen the arch. How do I jog or run then, without supports? Right now my only cardio is spinning for about 30 mins, I'm aiming for 40 mins.

Any advice regarding about my flat feet? That would be gladly appreciated.
