    mao gyud ni ang reason most of the time, but mas better ba ang pay mag call center kaysa magwork ka as a nurse here in our country?

    yep, i had asked a few nurses here (usually mga entry level position pud nuon, hehe) and they said gamay ra daw cla ug pay that's why some of them are considering the opportunity of working in call centers... i even asked how much ilang pay and i was able to find out na gamay ra jud diay even if they are working in known private hospitals...

    indeed true got friends working in private and govt hospitals and im paid twice their salary... and it also depends though with the company or call center but even the least paying call centers would have a pay higher than a nurse coz nurses get the basic salary ... mayap larga gawas if nurse..

    alkanse man ang callcenter sa training. training is expensive and people nowadays are no longer afraid of bonds and contracts.

    i think its ok to hire them as long as they will stay for at least 2 years. it will take 2 years man gud para makabawi ang company sa trainings and benefits. i got this view from a senior HR manager of a call center.

    @whisperer
    its better to hire qualified and competent nursing graduates or planning to migrate than hiring incompetent ones na dili kapasa sa probationary period. dili jud kabawi ang company ana bsan gamay.

    thats because government hospitals pay MORE than private hospitals....then again, it would take ages for you to be hired under if you want to be a government employee....unless you have something to back you up clandestinely.hahaha

    pareho ra man ang figures sa nurse's salary...ma usab ra tungod sa exchange rate.... think of 20 pseso/hour compare that to 20 dollars/hour. ta-daa

    1. mahal ang training unless pure sales account ra imo applyan, nga pde ra less than 1 week ang training.
    2. di ma maximize ang experience makuha sa employee kay most of the time di mo abot ug 1 year kay molarga na.

    if ni graduate nalang ka ug nursing, I suggest nga utong nalang, after a few yrs experience Im sure makalarga naka for greener pastures, ok ra ang call center kung wa kay plans mo larga.

    i dont think it takes 2 yrs para mabawi ang gasto sa training, Im sure its way less than that. An average entry level agent is paid around $250 basic pay, but call centers are paid $ for every call except for sales accounts(which give out big bonuses even if average agent raka). The price will depend from what type of call, if technical mas mahal. Technical accounts might average 20+ calls, customer service 60-80 calls a day. Thats why they can afford to give out juicy referral fees, and parties.
