For me TS, if your planning to have rhinoplasty don't look for a cheaper price look for who's really good at it sa nawng bya na.
Naa toy gi feature sa TV sa belo naa silay modern way ani kanang cartilage na jud ilang gamiton i think sa imong ears sila magkuha dili naka ma bother na mahiwi ba if matarog natural kaayo ang dating.

agree ko ani. ayaw jud anang barato kay lisod kaayo na. imagina imung ilong ang trabaho.on center na sa imung face. nya kung adto kas barato, bati kayg resulta, pa usab na pud ka. maytag madala pag usab. nah!

I am running a Cosmetic Surgery business for 11 years now. I've had my nose done 9 years ago too... I am not going to tell you who or which clinic Im connected with... I will give you a piece of my opinion...

First, this is COSMETIC SURGERY, a highest form of vanity, therefore EXPECT it to be very expensive. Take note, there maybe other doctors/clinic who may offer you with CHEAPER price... BUT basin bagohan lang ang doctor (all newbie doctors wouldn't mind if they earn or not as long as they can practice or perform), in short collecting pa lang ug experience... IT IS A FACT that doctors with longer experience are expensive so much more when it comes to a luxury-vanity.

Experience is very important... 10 years of practice in cosmetic surgery wont make you an expert specially if you have a slow pacing... This is the reason why ang mga doctors from Manila or other places would travel to different places like cebu or davao to have more patients... because if they stay and rely on Manila or Cebu markets, their practice is going to be slow...

Cosmetic Surgery, particularly Rhinoplasty requires craftsmanship... An experience hand is all you need... You don't need a fabulous or expensive looking clinic to have your nose done... Simple lang ang Rhinoplasty, it does not require so much of the latest technology... Again, its all in the hands of your surgeon...

Do not rely on videos/youtube and forums... You can do research online but always always leave a room for actual consultation with an expert... Ayaw ka discourage sa mga "Negative impressions or comments you'll find online" because kasagaran imong makita sa online forums are complains... where are the successful ones Most people, kung walay problem ilang mga nose after the surgery, they wouldn't pay so much attention with online stories anymore... Kasagaran sa mga active kaayo sa online forums are those who have a negative experiences... while ang mga patients nga successful kaayo, no longer find time in sharing their successful stories...

Ayaw sad pagsigi ug watch ug Youtube or videos about Rhinoplasty kay, "it wouldn't give you understanding on how it is done... rather it will give you fears on how it is done..." The videos wont be able to make you understand the procedure, mahadlok na hinoon ka..." Believe me, mas hadlok ang magtan-aw kaysa ikaw ang gioperahan...

The most important above all these is, "GO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A COSMETIC SURGEON..."

Rhinoplasty is a very minor case... it is actually a simple surgery... Pain? hmmmm mas sakit pa ang magpaibot ug ngipon! I guarantee you all, "THERE IS NO TRAUMATIC PAIN after the surgery..." Ang sakit lang is ang anesthesia, after the anesthesia, its NO MORE PAIN... and after mo-subside ang anesthesia, still expect NO pain at all...

The Dangers of Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
