Can't Retrieve Password

hi guys, been an istorya fanatic for so long but been out of the loop for a while so i forgot my password (stupid, i know).

but when i try to retrieve it, it says email has been sent but i don't get any email at all, and yes, i've checked my spam folder too.

if any moderator could offer to help i would really appreciate it.. thanks!!

and try to check also if you are using the right email address you use to register with your account, coz maybe you are using different email address,
