corsair h40 pump noisy on start-up

Good day everyone.

I got some wierd and loud sounds upon startup. sound like brrrrrrrrr.....
At first I thought it was just my front 120mm fan hitting some wires and
I ignored it. But when I finally decided to resolve it, I cleared everything
that could possible come in contact with the fan and found out that the
noise was coming from the corsair h40 pump. It makes a loud sound on
start-up probably around 10 seconds but after that the noise just goes
down.

what could be causing this? anyone have the same experience?

Try shaking and flipping the cooler daw bro, it could be that there is air in there or air bubbles trap on your pump that's why it's making strange/grinding noise (i'm not so sure if naa ni sya or possible ni sya mahitabo sa closed loop cooling), but on my experienced, this is what happen to my custom loop setup if you leave the pump empty and what happens it just sucks so much air and it makes really annoying noise, so my lesson learned don't leave your pump empty, make it sure when you run the pump your res is full). Other way I can think also is try to control/adjust the Flow rate of your pump (if you can control it through the BIOS or using monitoring software by changing the voltage). If it's not gonna work in that way bro, try to RMA your cooler nlng, i've seen other sites with the same issues as yours also with Corsair coolers and they suggested an RMA, it could be really the pump issue (manufacturing defects).
