To be on the safe side since you'll overclock your CPU, get at least 600W 80+ PSU.

bro no offense, but if you can afford those kinds of proc and mobo, might as well get a gold rated 550 to 650 watts nga PSU...
kung akoy naa ana nga mobo/proc combi, no other PSU can touch it but an x series or p series nga seasonic...

hi sir!... maki sabay nalang ko kay same topic ra... wala kaayo koy idea sa anang psu but you obviously know what youre talking about.. ask lang ta ko kung tag pila pud kaha nang x/p series nga seasonic or 650watts gold psu nga nindot brand... kay i'm planning to upgrade my pcolor 7850 to gtx 970 and hopefully sli in the future..
