LTO TEXT MISMATCH with OR CR-HELP

Hi Guys,
Need advise or inputs i recently bought a MIO here in istorya 2 weeks ago
OR /CR indicates it is a MIO 2010.

But when i texted yesterday the LOT HOTLINE ang nigawas kay
MAKE: Mitsukoshi
YEAR :2003
Color: YELLOW
Registered Last 2/26/2014
has no LTO alarm

But in reality i bought a MIO sporty 2010. The OR/CR indicates the information of a MIO BUT OR /CR was just recently transferred Feb 2015.

How come dii man match ang LTO TEXT ug ang OR/CR?
need some inputs maybe nakasuway mu ani nga experience.

cge bro ako tan awon kay pag baligya nya sa ako iya man gi emphasize ang chassis number nga match sa OR CR.ako tan awon ang engine number karon gabie.
