Digital Pad or tablet for draft prototype, db design or for taking notes

Kinsa developer or designer dre nga nka gamit na ug digital pad or anything nga useful pra note taking or pra draft?

Purpose: Mag design or working with something nga draft sketches lng or during seminar mag take ug notes..

My conventional way of taking notes or making draft db design is :
1. Using a sketch pad (kana gmiton sa architect) and pencil then
2. Scan
3. Convert to image
4. Then redesign using software for the final version

but I guess this is taking too much time given that there are lots of option to shorten the time I'm spending using old ways.

I guess ma shorten pa nko ang time using some tools then mag start nlng ko sa #3 .

Pwede ba ang mga tablet ana? (I'm wondering pud gud ky wla mn stylus or pen)
pls suggest if unsa mas maau paliton for my purpose.

Other option : If dili possible, Kana nlng bitaw preha sa digital pad pra signature pero kana unta mkita directly sa computer unsa gibuhat (meaining connected to pc na daan)
