There are a lot of advertisements that may influence people in their choice of milk. We really have to look at the ingredients list of whatever food we buy; including milk!

After my review of the milk products, here are my findings:

Birchtree - best value for money; affordable; full cream milk

Nido - high priced; full cream milk

Anchor - there are two variants

Anchor Full Cream - high priced; full cream milk

Anchor Milk Drink - affordable but contains skimmed (non-fat) milk

Bear Brand - affordable but contains vegetable oils

Be a well-informed consumer! Get the best that your money can buy for you and your family!

i would not recommend any of them. they are filled with sugar. a healthier option would be almond milk/soya milk/rice milk. they are a healthier alternative to cow's milk + they have more calcium
