Default HELP! Can connect to wifi but cant access internet :(

    Hello mga experts!

My laptop is an ASUS S400CA-039H i5 and ive been using this for almost a year now (never had a problem with it)
Recently kay mu error jud tanan browsers: "cannot connect to proxy server". Even though naka connect siya sa wifi and can access applications like Viber, Spotify, Skype and even Utorrent but tanan browsers like Chrome, Mozilla and IE kay dili jud. All other devices sa house (tablets, phones and other laptops) can connect perfectly fine. Really frustrated coz my computer guy also doesn't know how to solve this problem

    Solutions ive tried so far:

    - Changed proxy settings to manual
    - uninstalled and reinstalled wireless driver
    - updated wireless driver
    - ipreconfig thing (idk what it does haha, just tried various suggestions sa net)
    - checked if there's some blockage sa firewall (there wasnt any)
    - uninstalled 3rd party antivirus (mcafee and such)

Also, i can access the net if im connected to another wifi network, ang sa home wifi rajud namo ang dili mu work.

    WHAT DO I DOOO? D:

TABANG MGA BROS AND SIS AND EVERYONE ELSE IN BETWEEN!

Check if you have duplicate wifi adapters. Some dubious apps create fake wireless adapters like some hotspot programs.

I think nasudlan kag VIRUS sa imong PC! or accidentally misconfiguration or you have recently changed the proxy settings.

Call your ISP, I think that's the best solution. I also had a very complex rare issues w/ internet connection and even the ISP tech could not resolve it. My system ad friend suggested me that time to get a router, then it resolved the issue.

Pero sa imo na case @TS, try to reset the setting sa imong router as in restore system default then try to set it again. Do it with the ISP tech ug mo anha sila aron ma tabangan ka. Im sure they can help you.

    [Windows 7]

    Click Start
    Type CMD
    Right click on CMD
Click Run As Administrator [This should open the command line interface]
Type Ping Google.com [If successful you should get "Reply from .... time=..."]
Type ipconfig /flushdns [You should get a message "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.]
Type exit [This should close the command line interface]
You should be able to browse the web now.

    You're welcome.
