ask lang ta ko pila typical range sa mga sweldo sa experienced HR professional diri? we can say 10 years experience overall from all facets of HR...

depende na sa demand sa company.. HR person yes 15K - 25. HR manager applyi boss mga 30 -50K

mao lagi bro... managerial na ang target... pero ambot lang kaha open ba ang mga traditional companies diri nga batan-on pa nga manager... mindset baya sa mga typical nga tao, manager is tiguwang na og 40 pataas... except lang siguro og mga BPO companies...

unya kani pung mga BPO companies, dili pud mo hire og HR nga walay BPO background... swerte2x lang... paita, discrimination, hehehe...

If you apply directly as manager then they may have prejudice towards younger people, but if you apply as HR clerk or supervisor or something lower and prove yourself worthy to be manager then you will be manager in no time.
