You must:

1.) Be Excellent in understanding Queen's British English language and accents
2.) Be Mature, responsible, honest and hardworking
3.) Be Honest, reliable, and eager to learn
4.) Be Driven, goal oriented and very much interested in making money
5.) Be A very good conversationalist, love talking to people
6.) Be Able to take control of the conversation at all times
7.) Have a stable internet connection 24/7; Your job is 100% reliant on the internet
8.) Have skype, viber, whatsapp, MP3 Skype Recorder, desktop / laptop, smartphone, email, headset, and a diary
9.) Be detail oriented and inquisitive by nature
10.) Be willing to work hard in order to achieve financial success even if it means working overtime or working on the weekends

Job Responsibilities:
You will be:

1.) Making / Receiving 8 - 10 calls on a daily basis
2.) In charge of taking control of the call with the aim to reach an hour's worth of recording (The longer you stay on the phone with the sales agent, the higher income you will get)
3.) Rating the sales agent according to his product / service knowledge
4.) Regularly reporting to the manager regarding insights on how to best achieve company goals set
5.) Reading off a script, which shall be improved from time to time
6.) Available to answer sales agents calls to you everytime; This will be between 8am to 7pm UK time, usually Monday to Friday
