@CAL_D_RON galibog jud ko since sa cordova na munisipyo ko nagkuha ug contract then sa lapulapu man amo kasal.. then last one holding the contract was the church man, dba?

yes sir ang church. usually right after sa kasal magpinirmahay namo sa pari. then e forward na nila sa local civil registrar.
