You don't, the formula for those products are actually very easy to replicate, they could dilute it and presto, padded up the volume and you get what you paid for

it is more plausible than those being "Factory Excess". Factory overruns are more common in manufacturing garments and electronics as this would be a buffer for those that have defects, I can't imagine that happening when it comes to the products mentioned here.
