Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- University Level Education
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent written skills with good understanding of English grammar and good spelling
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Google+).
- Excellent listening skills and keen attention to detail
- Internet Savvy
- Web hosting knowledge is a plus
- Excellent Technical Troubleshooting skills
- Lateral thinker and problem solver
- Typing speed of 30wpm or more

- You have a desire to help people.
- At least 20 years of age

- Excellent English communication skills: written, spoken and listening

- Internet savvy: you know your Twitter from your Instagram, and your web domains from your web hosting.
- Knowledgeable on email setup using MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.
- Web hosting knowledge gets you bonus points
- A lateral thinker and problem solver with terrific troubleshooting skills
- Typing speed of 30wpm or more
- A cool head in a crisis

- Logging support calls and emails to get customers the very best support they deserve
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents to make customers happy
- Escalating Serious issues when you can’t help personally
- Working to resolve on-going/recurring problems
