Guys,
RFL: Family growing up in numbers
I am actively looking Cebu Units for Toyota Fortuner with the following Criteria (First 3 is non negotiable)
> 2012 Model and Up
> Diesel
> Automatic Transmission
Other Criteria:
> 4x2 Drive Train (not 4x4)
> Stock Mags
I have seen a Fortuner in Mabolo Area (Big Luke Auto Sales). It fit the Criteria but the price is a a bit high for 2012 model. The last price is 1.1M, although I know that, they are 2nd Hand Car Dealers therefore they would like to get as much commissions as possible.
Now, I would like to post this thread hoping that Car Owners will see this and hopefully can negotiate directly through them bypassing commissions on agents/used car dealers.
What I don't understand is that Cebu units are so much expensive compare to manila. I have seen Fortuners and comparing the prices (same specs) between Cebu and Manila. I am not that ignorant about Shipping Cost from Manila to Cebu, even brand new units, Cebu are up to 40K more expensive than Manila. But the prices I saw in OLX, the price gap is up to 250K. Manila units depreciated a lot more compare to Cebu Units.
Example ra, naa koy nakita na unit sa Cebu Fortuner - Diesel - Matic - G variant pa jud- Year 2012... 1.238m man baligya then halos dili pahangyo. Come on guys, I am not a low baller but Brand New is a way better option. But Clearly, I was talking to an agent right there since he post a lot of cars. Way way way Better pa na deal katong sa Big Luke na Fortuner @ 1.1M
Post is too long (maybe annoying to read) because I am really serious in buying one at a reasonable price. I hope this will reach Fortuner Owners.
Thanks a lot.
