damm,after my dad read that link! he was so pissed!
he had to return all the purchased products and filed a reverse form but the case was he wll still wait for their manilas manager for approval!

if their raffles are not registered in DTI, it is illegal.
Much better to file a complain to DTI. They are willing to investigate such things.
