Job without SSS and Philhealth

Good day ka-istoryans,

last week kay nadawat ko sa usa ka company and the requirements para sa pre-employment was a barangay clearance, nbi/police clearance, 2x2 pic and a MLhuillier Insurance. i was concern kung nganu wala man sila mu require ug SSS and Philhealth kay i think dapat man jud cguru naa nang duha. Ok ba na nga company nga dili cla mu release ug SSS and Philhealth as benefits?

actually bro, wala jud xay SSS ug Philhealth. ngara ra ko kabaw katong nagkakita mi sa akong kaila. tyming pud ato nga time kay mu resign na xa nya ako dy puli sa iyang position. wa xa ka-uyon kay tungod lgeh ana as well as gamay kaau ang sweldo.

sakto jud ka bro. wa ko mu sign sa contract ky murag lisud jud kung way saktong benefits. sayang lang pud hinuon ky pasko na ra ba, wa tay sapi pero no regrets. hehehe

wala may regular ug wala puy probie kay contractual man dy ilang employment bro. maski ilang mga employees nga 1 year na kapin sa ilaha ky dli probie/regular plus without benefits pa jud.

yaw diha, wa kay job security diha.... pwede ka tangtangon anytime without separation pay and lugi ka wa kay pag-ibig SSS and etc....

pahuwata lang sila 30 days before mo start ka kung nahan dyud ka... by that time imo tanawon ang job market if naa pay nindot nga offer.
