The said facility is not in kitanglad but in the camp philips.. one of the logistics personnel in the cannery accounts during the 80's that there was ship named NEVADA docked in Delmonte port and unloaded the whole cargo of very large tubes from the ship and it was transported towards bukidnon.. The whole shipped was loaded with almost tubes..small mine vehicles and large dump trucks and small bulldozers...

the big ship docked n DMPI port was also loaded with bulldozers, mining vehicles and big dump trucks and a small buldozer ..the said steel tubes or pipes could make a small vehicle like cars pass or enter throught it..
