VC Bnew is 6k++ gamai nalang kuwang pro mag lisod ko ug extra 10k pajd. ang client man gud nag pa budget. hehe

subjective man ni depende sa work-load and software gamiton(to take advantage gpu acceleration). mupalitay pa ni? or naa na mga existing (ngano 560ti man?) anyways with regard to graphics setup si @butitoy ang naa 1st hand experience sa ako na hibawan so check iya suggestions.. general suggestion is not below 8gb ram, i5, 1 ssd at least for scratch.
