FYI: Plunder case is already filed.

Aside from these Senate hearing purpose

* To let the people judge. Kay if adto na ni sa Ombudsman dili na pwede igawas ang mga details sa kaso.
* Pwede mka recommend ang committee to file cases base on their conclusion.

There is also 1 point that the senate can't ignore. It should be an aide for legislation.

I see the hearing in positive way since if you watch closely, the other gov't agencies involve realizes their faults and help finding ways to solve the failure they did. COA, DPWH, PSDBM etc..

The senator (Cayetano) even sees loop holes in every transaction by just simply gathering answers to each gov't agency assigned.

Filing cases are not enough if they won't be fixing the errors/modus already revealed in all project bidding processes.
