    Default Overheat when AC is ON


    Hi guys, ask unta ko if naay kabalo diha unsaon ni akong awto (Honda Esi Manual 1.6). bago ra na-general overhaul ang makina. ok ra kaau basta walay aircon. pero if mag aircon ko, ma-overheat ko bisag butangan pag-coolant. gaandar man unta mga fan sa AC ug Radiator.

    Testingi ug pa cleaning ang radiator TS kay kasagaran gyud mao gyud nay sakit basta semi clogged na ang radiator lines worse case ani since bag-o pa na overhaul imong makina naay crack imong block (I hope not)

    thanks bro @KH0UJ, maynta wala lay crack oi. nabuslot na akong bulsa sa overhaul daan. unsay timailhan kung naay crack bro? wala may aso bro. ako nya suwayan cleaning radiator. nagpalit ra man kog coolant gud nya giflush ra nko, wa siguro ni epek.

    ang radiator nako kay hungaw or naay liking mao to g pasulda nako sa tig ayo og radiator dala limpyo ..so far so good nah oks...

    Water with baking soda (2 to 3 tables spoon mix with water) maayo pang limpyo sa radiator, kanang makainit gyud ang makina. Kung hugaw kaayo, after three days gamit drain and reapply na pud. Kung di kaayo baga ang hugaw, one to two weeks use sa solution then drain, flush with running water and replace with water nga naay Island brand rust converter to stop all rust sa iron components. Safe ra ang aluminum aning rust converter at 150ml to 200ml per radiator and the rest is just water (either rain water or distilled water). Kung kapoyan ug pang limpyo, replace with a new radiator and never use again mineral water, tap water, deep well water or any water other than distilled water or rain water aron di na ma clog pa sa sediments nga mo separate inig init na sa makina. Kung kabantay ka nga after mag init ug tubig sa takuri naay puti puti or sediments manglugdang, mao pud na ang mahitabo inig init na sa makina - overtime ma clogged gyud na for not using the right water.     @kahrosi - mao lagi, lisod kaau walay aircon. hehe pero magandar baya sya gihapon basta wa lay aircon. mu-overheat ra kung mag ON ang aircon labi na traffic. hehe

    One way to find out is to pull out the 4 spark plugs from the engine then diagnose it there, naay table ana ang service manual sa Honda about SP colors, similar ani















    This is the most effective diagnosis kung unsay nahitabo sa imong makina during a hard start, diha nimo makit-an tanan kung naa ba gyuy oxidation if moisture is present and several other symptoms...

    Or it could just be your engine timings bit offset (Advanced, Retard, etc.) Honda Engines are a bit tricky to time labi na ug wa kay basihanan nga factory setting gyud...a bit retard timing on the cams could lead the engine run hotter than normal...

    igoa nako ani bro oi. sakto jud ka bro! salamat kau hehe mao problema nko sa hardstart ky nasudlan oil. palitan nkog oring, ilis bago sparkplugs kaning bosh platinum daw maayu. hehe
