Help!!! I just updated mu os to IOS 8.1 after this i am no longer able to send a text message but I am able to receive. Any fix for this? Im really frustrated. 😔

Additional information.. Im using gevey sim for this.. I am now able to send message if ill start the number with 09 buy if its +63 di maka send.. Kinsa naa na hibao.an aside gevey na unlocker sim na pwedi nako magamit to not experience this.
