(Monthly Salary + Benefits + High Commission)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring
- Recommend and implement suitable sourcing strategies to meet recruitment SLAs.
- Initiate process improvements.
- Manage all data and documents pertaining to new hires and onboarding.
- Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Must have proven track record in executing Recruitment plans.
- Must have broad knowledge of the different sourcing and branding, screening and selection strategies.
- Focused on getting the job done rather than an 8-5 mentality
- Need to be able to work independently as well as within a team
- Have exceptional verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task with good organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years recruitment experience, preferably in Call Center/BPO Industry.
- Has exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, creative and with strong sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in One World Center Building, The Mactan Newtown, Cebu City.
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (DAY SHIFT) and Weekends off.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR STABLE AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES.
