Mooon in Guadalupe? I don't know the owner, but you can look up their number in the PLDT directory, Mooon Cafe with 3 o's.
I've dined there a few times and their food is great. Service is ok, but one time they forgot to bring my sizzling steak. Dili na sizzling pag abot. But I still went back. It was a forgiveable mistake and they apologized.
